The digital answering system has up to 22 minutes of recording time, allowing you to retrieve messages at your convenience. The full duplex speakerphone on both the handset and base provides clear communication during calls. The phone stores the last 30 calls for easy reference.

Additional features of the Vtech CS6949 include caller ID and call waiting, ECO mode power-conserving technology, quiet mode, call block, 9 number speed dial, and up to 50 phonebook entries. The system is compatible with Vtech IS6200 cordless headsets and AT&T TL80133 speakerphones.
