Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are determined by the package size or weight and the chosen shipping method. Take advantage of free shipping within the US by selecting the Free Shipping option at checkout. Additional fees apply for expedited shipping options, including 3-day, 2-day, and overnight services.


Shipping Timeframes

Orders require 1-2 business days for processing before being shipped. Shipping durations vary based on the chosen shipping option during checkout. Estimated arrival dates for each product can be found on the product page and throughout the checkout process. Customers may select from the provided estimated arrival dates.


Large Item Delivery

Some large items may require additional handling and will be shipped via trucking services. Delivery timeframes can differ based on the product and shipping location. Consult the product page for more details or contact our customer service team for assistance.


Signature Requirement

A signature may be required upon delivery for certain orders to prevent fraud and loss or theft of packages. If you cannot sign for your package, please contact customer service to make alternative arrangements.


Shipping to PO Boxes

Please be aware that, due to size, weight, or supplier restrictions, some products may not qualify for shipment to PO box addresses or may experience delivery delays.


Shipping to APO/FPO/DPO Military Addresses

Some products, due to size, weight, or supplier restrictions, may not be eligible for shipment to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses or may encounter delivery delays.

International Orders

We are currently able to offer shipping exclusively within the United States.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

When ordering from Atlantis Showroom, customers are responsible for ensuring that products can be legally imported to the destination country. Item prices and shipping costs do not include import duties, taxes, and charges, which are the buyer's responsibility. The recipient is considered the importer of record and must comply with the laws and regulations of the destination country.

International shipments from Atlantis Showroom may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international order may be responsible for these additional costs.

We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amounts. Customs policies differ greatly between countries, so we recommend contacting your local customs office for further information. Customs clearance procedures may cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates.

Please note that falsifying customs declarations or marking an item as a gift to avoid customs fees is illegal.


Freight Forwarders

Utilizing a freight forwarder for international shipping may result in complications not covered by Atlantis Showroom. If you choose to use a freight forwarder, the following terms apply:

  • Atlantis Showroom will not be held responsible for any damage or loss that occurs to goods after they have been delivered to the freight forwarder. This means that we cannot provide a replacement or refund for any goods delivered to a freight forwarder. You should instruct freight forwarders to refuse goods that arrive damaged, and any goods lost after being received by the freight forwarder will be your responsibility.
  • You (or the designated freight forwarder) become the exporter of the goods and are solely responsible for compliance with all export and import regulations, including all U.S. export regulations and the import regulations of the destination country. Atlantis Showroom must not be listed on any export or import documentation (e.g., import or export declarations, invoices, packing lists, etc.)
