Simrad 000-13336-001 Nac-3 Autopilot Core Pack with Precision-9 RF25N and N2K

The Simrad 000-13336-001 Nac-3 Autopilot Core Pack is a comprehensive autopilot system designed for boats measuring 10 meters (33 feet) or greater in length. This pack includes the NAC-3 autopilot computer, Precision-9 compass, RF25N rudder feedback unit, and N2k Starter Kit.

The NAC-3 Autopilot Computer serves as the central control unit for your autopilot system. It features advanced control algorithms that enable precise steering in various weather conditions and sea-states. The NAC-3 is compatible with hydraulic or mechanical drive units and can interface with other components such as heading sensors and rudder feedback units. It is capable of operating high-current hydraulic drives, mechanical drive units, and solenoid valves, with a continuous current rating of 30 Amps (50 Amps peak).

The Precision-9 Compass is a high-performance compass that provides accurate heading (20 hZ), rate of turn (20 hZ), roll, and pitch (10 hZ) data over the NMEA 2000 network. This compass enhances the overall performance of the autopilot system by delivering precise navigation information.

The RF25N Rudder Feedback Unit is included in this pack and comes with a transmission link and a 5-meter (16.5 feet) NMEA2000 Micro-C cable. It provides feedback on the rudder position, allowing the autopilot system to accurately steer the boat based on the desired course.

The N2k Backbone Starter Kit is also included, which consists of a NMEA 2000 Micro-C Network starter kit. It includes a network power cable, a 4.5-meter (15 feet) N2K cable, three T-connectors, and two network terminators. This kit enables easy installation and integration of the autopilot system into your boat's existing NMEA 2000 network.
