With its stainless steel side mount and extra-long design, the RH570XL is 4" longer than the standard length, allowing the bent butt to sit deeper in the holder. This reduces leverage and stress on the mounting surface, providing added stability and durability.

Not only does the swivel base design eliminate the risk of sheared rod holder pins, but it also allows the tip of the rod to follow the fish, reducing the possibility of line fraying and enhancing drag. The rod can be easily removed from the holder since it is not locked on a rigid pin. When used with straight butt rods, the swivel base holder functions as a standard rod holder, with the ability to manually rotate the rod so that the line remains on the tips roller.
