The Extreme Networks Inc 10303 SFP+ Module is a high-performance network transceiver module that provides a reliable and efficient 10 Gigabit Ethernet connection. With its LRM (Long Reach Multimode) capabilities, this module is designed to deliver fast and stable data transfer rates of up to 10,000 Mbit/s over multimode fiber cables.

Featuring LC connectors, the module supports link lengths of up to 220 meters, making it suitable for various networking applications that require an extended reach. It is compatible with legacy MMF (multimode fiber) cables, and for optimal performance over Fiber Distributed Digital Interface (FDDI) grade OM1 and OM2 fibers, the transmitter should be coupled through a mode conditioning patch cord. However, no mode conditioning patch cord is required for applications over OM3 fiber.
