The Elbeco 3732-2XL Shield Job Shirt with Twill Collar is a functional and durable garment made from heavyweight cotton blended fleece. It offers exceptional comfort and is designed for heavy-duty use. This job shirt comes with a choice of two collar options - the Self Collar or the Twill Collar. Both collar styles feature a quarter front zipper closure with a chin guard that protects the chin and neck from the zipper.

The lined Twill Collar of the Shield Job Shirt is not only stylish but also incorporates fabric elbow patches made from our Tek3 fabric. These patches provide an excellent match, color retention, and nano fluid repellency technology. The shirt also includes mic pockets at the shoulder seams, a tab at the center of the chest for mic clip and sunglass options, and dual fleece-lined side hand warmer pockets with internal storage pockets for a cell phone. Additionally, it features a D-ring for carabiner/key security and a roomy chest pocket that can accommodate a full-sized radio.
