This transponder is perfect for ocean sailors, fast power boats, and smaller non-mandated commercial vessels.

The AIT5000 features a patented ZeroLoss VHF-AIS antenna splitter, allowing the main VHF antenna to be shared with VHF, AIS, and FM radio. It also has a wireless interface for easy connectivity with iPads, smartphones, and tablets.

With the AISConfig app, you can stop AIS transmissions and use the remote silence switch. Additionally, the AIT5000 is compatible with AIS MOB devices and offers an AIS SART alarm. It now works seamlessly with the popular Navionics Boating App for Apple iOS and Android, displaying GPS and AIS data on your Navionics charts.
