The CyberPower RMCard205 is a full-featured network management card designed to remotely manage, monitor, and control CyberPower OR and PR Series UPS systems and ATS PDUs. This card is especially suitable for enterprise installations where the administrator might not be onsite. With the RMCard205, administrators can easily manage their power systems through a standard web browser or network management system (NMS) connection.

The RMCard205 offers a wide range of features to ensure the efficient operation and protection of critical systems. It provides scheduling options for UPS shutdown, startup, and rebooting, allowing administrators to customize power management based on their specific needs. The card also offers event action settings, event logging, and automatic event notification through various channels such as Email, SMS, SNMP Traps, or Syslog.

To further enhance environmental monitoring capabilities, the RMCard205 supports an optional environmental sensor (ENVIROSENSOR). This sensor can be added to monitor the ambient temperature and humidity of server rooms, IT closets, or other critical environments. Administrators can define temperature parameters in Fahrenheit or Celsius, and rising temperatures will trigger predefined notifications.

With the PowerPanel® Business Edition Client auto-shutdown software, the RMCard205 provides an additional layer of protection for servers and workstations against data loss caused by power failure. The MD5 security management ensures the integrity of the network, offering peace of mind to administrators.
