The Brainboxes ED-004 Ethernet to 4 Dio Dig In Or Out+1 Rs232+1 is a digital/analog I/O module that provides robust and intelligent control for systems on the 24V factory floor environment. This device offers powerful ARM 80 MHz, 32 Bit CPU for efficient performance.

With 4 digital input channels and 8 digital output channels, this module is capable of controlling and switching AC and DC motors, fans, relay drivers, pumps, voltage regulators, battery chargers, LEDs, bulbs, air conditioning, heaters, and solenoids.

The ED-004 installs as a COM Port on the PC, ensuring complete backwards compatibility for legacy applications. It supports I/O protocols such as Modbus TCP or DCON ASCII over TCP or Virtual COM port.
