Ancor 309003 Heatshrink Butt Connectors 22-18 AWG 3-Pack

The Ancor 309003 Heatshrink Butt Connectors are a pack of 3 connectors designed for use with 22-18 gauge wires. These connectors feature cross-linked polyolefin tubing that is stronger than PVC tubing and will not burn like PVC. The heat-activated adhesive lining provides an impervious seal to saltwater, oil, acids, and sunlight, as well as strain relief. The nylon insulator is preferred by experts for its marine-grade resistance to sunlight, water, oil, chemicals, vibration, and cut-through damage. These connectors are UL Listed and CSA Recognized, ensuring their quality and safety.

The Ancor 309003 connectors have the highest shrink ratio, shrinking to 1/3 of their original size. They shrink at 257 degrees Fahrenheit/125 degrees Celsius and have an operating temperature range of 40 degrees Celsius to 110 degrees Celsius. These connectors offer heat-activated adhesive built into the sleeve of the heat shrink tubing, which shrinks to form a watertight seal and the ultimate vibration and strain relief. They are tinned for corrosion resistance and made of pure copper for maximum current flow. The brazed seam provides maximum strength, ensuring these connectors will perform reliably for years to come.
